Euskaltel is the leading convergent cable operator in the North of Spain. Historically the company operated in the Basque Country (since its inception back in 1995) through its brand Euskaltel and more recently it has expanded its footprint through the acquisitions of R-Cable in Galicia (in November 2015) and TeleCable (in May 2017) in Asturias. 

Euskaltel is the market leader in the regions where it operates and offers primarily bundled services comprised of high-speed broadband (with speeds up to 350mbps), Pay TV, mobile (through an MVNO with Orange in Basque region and Galicia and with Telefonica in Asturias) and fixed telephony services to residential and business customers.

The company through its proprietary, fully-invested next generation fiber network serves an addressable market of 6 million people and has over 800,000 subscribers generating 2.4mn RGUs. The company offers quad-play services, with exposure to residential (~65% of revenues) and business & wholesale (~35% of revenues).

Euskaltel has a market cap of €1.5bn and generates annual revenues of €700m and EBITDA of €345m (proforma after the acquisition of Telecable in May 2017).
