Corporación Empresarial de Materiales de Construcción, S.A. ("COEMAC"), is a business group present in over 20 countries, whose main activity is the manufacture and sale of building materials for application in building and civil engineering markets.
COEMAC strategy is articulated around three pillars: (i) have a portfolio of differentiated products and services with high added value for each participant in the life-cycle thereof, (ii) international diversification, and (iii) efficiency in operations and business processes.
COEMAC has of two business units, Gypsum and Adequa, which holds all or most of the share capital and where each BU manages its products through own brands.
- Gypsum: who commercializes under the brands Pladur® (Plasterboard and drywall systems) and Algíss® (Plaster and casting plaster).
- Adequa: who commercializes under the brand Adequa® (Pipes and Fittings of plastic materials for pressure and sewerage).
COEMAC is listed on the Spanish stock exchange and its headquarters are located in Madrid (Spain).
